Answer: Furniture Heaven has two ways of promoting its furniture:
1. Green Tags, furniture labeled with a green tag means that it has been brought from our partner Parker Rose and was being used from home staging, was never rented or actually used. Or, green tag furniture is gently used and is significantly discounted prices at up to 80% off retail prices.
2. Black Tags, furniture labeled with black tags are brand new pieces that have never been used in home-staging or rental and is still offered at a savings of up to 80% off retail price.

Answer: Delivery charges vary depending on where you live and the amount of furniture purchased.

Answer: You will find the best name brands and top designers, such as Brovhill, Lane, Ashley, DeCoro, Universal Furniture and Coaster, among many others.

Question: What is Furniture Heaven’s Return and Refund Policy?
Answer: Furniture Heaven merchandise sold as is. All sales are final.
Furniture Heaven Refund Policy
1) If furniture has been paid for in full at FH and the furniture has not left the store, Management may approve full refund less 20% restocking fee via check or credit card. Furniture should not be held beyond 5 days without management approval. It is the sales rep’s responsibility to follow up on orders not picked up or delivered timely. After 5 days, customers should be contacted by the sales rep to discuss refund and restocking charges.
2) If furniture has been paid for in full and picked up or delivered, no refund or return is available. This includes furniture picked up by contact carrier.
3.) Customers disputing the refund policy will be referred to management and will be handled on a case by case basis.
Please note that all Sales Order and Packaging Slips will state:
All delivered sales are final. Refunds, less 20% restocking fee, are available on items that have not left Furniture Heaven.
The 20% restocking charge is collected to cover the following –
~Loss of availability to sell the item as it has been removed from the floor.
~Recovery of the cost of moving, packing and storing the furniture prior to delivery.
* If there are any inquiries or disputes regarding the refund policy or a specific situation, they should be sent in writing via e-mail to the Store Manager and Human Resources. We will respond to all requests within 24 hours.
